Virgo & the Scorpio Boss

Agility

During your interview, Scorpio was impressed by your presence—your mental quickness, the way you spoke, your curiosity, your easy laughter and your personality. You, in turn, felt comfortable talking with Scorpio about her vision for her company and what your job would entail.

The effortless flow between the two of you may have extended the interview and at the end of it, you got the job.

Now what, Virgo?

Using Your Strengths

Your steel-trap mind chums through endless bits of data, collating details and sculpting them according to some inner blueprint of perfection. It's irrelevant whether the rest of

us have any idea what you're doing. You know, and that's all that matters.

You and Gemini share a common ruler, Mer-cury, but your approaches to life are different. Where Gemini collects information and communicates it, you collect information, sift through it all for the details that matter and attempt to make it all practical. Along the way, you are precisely discriminating with the in-formation you collect. Whatever you deem to be extraneous is tossed out. Your ideal of per-fection is never compromised. This gift is what you bring to the table.

Stand Up for What You Believe

As a mutable earth sign, you are more likely to avoid confrontation than Scorpio is. But sometimes, standing up for what you believe means standing up for yourself, and you aren't

as likely to back down even when you're up against Scorpio.
You may not react immediately—unless you have a heavy Leo influence in your chart. You'll mull things over, pick it all apart, dissect it and then you'll piece it all back together again, but in a new way. And when you're sure of what you want to say, certain that your point of view is right on target, you'll make your case to Scorpio. Thanks to your calm, collected way of presenting everything, Scorpio comes around to your way of thinking.

Set Goals
You can set goals with startling efficiency, making endless lists of what you want to ac-complish and by when. The trick, though, is to keep the goals realistic.
Perhaps you work in the entertainment indus-try, and one of the goals you've set is to bring
in a certain number of new clients in the next month. Is the number you selected realistic? If it isn't, don't hesitate to set your sights a bit lower. It's better to do that than to become discouraged and give up altogether. Goals can always be readjusted, recalibrated.
Because you're so detailed-oriented, you may include too many details in your goals, so the universe has no wiggle room. Go general, back the goals with intense desire and act as if you've already achieved them. Then get out of your own way.
